5 Day Combination Class

Basic Keelboat Sailing (ASA 101)

Successful completion earns the student a National Safe Boating Certificate approved by NASBLA and the US Coast Guard.

Basic Coastal Cruising (ASA 103)

A certified student will be able to safely cruise in area waters as both skipper and crew on a sailboat with auxiliary power in moderate winds and sea conditions.

Bareboat Chartering (ASA 104)

An advanced cruising standard for individuals with cruising experience. A certified student can act as skipper or crew of boat 30 ft or larger sailing by day in coastal waters. A thorough knowledge of boat systems and their maintenance is included.
